Summary[]
The third tape Dan listens to hints the merging of LMG and TOC. In the tape, a company member says while interviewing Tim, “Listen to me, LMG expended a lot of resources in this merger, okay?” Later in the same episode, Dan asks Mr. Brown about TOC. Brown describes it as, “a former competitor [...] one that we acquired in a hostile take over”.
