- Clara returns to New York, giving Dan a hug and her real name so they can catch up for coffee
- Dromen encounters Dan, unconcious and Caroline, who asks him to kill her
- Dromen reveals to have been Mark, cuts the Master Tape from Dan's body and promises to find a way to get him home and "normal" again.
Summary[]
[TO BE WRITTEN] Then after they cross the river, kill Davenport, find Melody. Melody uses the piece of Visser she gained by defeating it to send the crew home. Something's wrong with Dan's recorder and he gets caught partway but broadcasts. First, he sees Visser, The Choir, where Rat is joining the rest of Visser's devotees (including Samuel). He then broadcasts to follow Clara, who's reached new york. He then sees Green, who's planning to push through into the "Real World" but is prevented from doing so by Dromen, who meets Suit and Dan between worlds. He then kills Suit at her request, and cuts the Master Tape off Dan. He finds he is unable to bring Dan fully into our world, and so leaves him in the in-between space, with the intent to figure out how to make him "normal" again
