Personality[]
A sleezy, snarky, and flirtatious man with a seemingly inflated sense of self-importance. Despite Chris' lack of interest in him, and violent response to his persistent bothering, he doesn't seem to be able to take the hint.
History[]
He meets Christine briefly as she attempts to get more information about dream ambergris. He is very unhelpful to the point that she considers he may just be trying to pull a scam, but with some amount of force in the form of her pinning him under her shoe, gives her what she needs. He has reasonable knowledge of the area Christine meets him in, so he may be a local resident to the port-side market town.
